Rates and Promotions

Discounts for early registrations:

10% for all reservations made until 31.10.2024 and prepaid in the amount of 50% within 7 days after confirmation by the hotel.

General conditions:

• • In the case of cancellation of a reservation up to 14 calendar days before the date of accommodation, no penalty is due and the pre-paid advance amount will be refunded up to 14 days after the date of cancellation;
  • In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days before the date of check-in, the pre-paid advance amount is not refunded;
  • In case of premature departure or shortening of the stay of all or part of the guests by reservation – sums are not refunded;
  • Last-minute changes to reservations under the Early bird program are not allowed;
  • The price includes breakfast, insurance, tourist tax, 9% VAT, parking, internet and storage of your own ski equipment in the hotel’s wardrobe;
  • The price is the rent of a room, as a studio is for two people, a one-bedroom apartment and a one-bedroom suite are for two adults plus two children up to 12 years old or three adults (representing a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed); the two-bedroom apartment is suitable for 4 adults;
  • Check-in is after 14:00;
  • A reserved room is kept until 17:00; For later check-in, please notify us in advance!
  • Release – until 12:00;
  • When using the room after 12:00 to 17:00, 50% of the value is paid;
  • After 17:00 is considered the next night;
  • Fee for small pets (up to 5 kg) BGN 35/night;
  • An additional bed for an adult is charged BGN 50 per night;
  • An additional bed for children up to 11.99 years old is charged BGN 35 per night;
  • All reservations under the Early Bird program are considered guaranteed upon payment of a 50% advance deposit by bank transfer within 7 working days after confirmation of the reservation;
  • There is no refund in case of a change of stay and premature departure, due to missed benefits for the hotel;
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment is not made within the specified time;
  • The hotel reserves the right to change prices;
  • The hotel may require the presentation of a document certifying the age of the children on the date of check-in. If age differences are found, the value of the reservation is subject to recalculation!
