General terms:

• The quoted price includes breakfast, parking, internet, insurance, tourist charge and 9% VAT.
• The quoted price is for one unit, where the studio can accommodate two people, the one-bedroom apartment accommodates two adults and two children aged 12 or less or three adults (it comprises one bedroom and a sitting room with a foldable sofa), and the two-bedroom apartment can accommodate maximum four adults and one child.
• Checking-in is after 14:00 h.
• A booked unit will be reserved until 17:00 h. In case of a later arrival, please, let us know in advance!
• Checking-out is until 12:00 h.
• Using the unit after 12:00 h until 17:00 h will be charged at 50% of the price. Further use after 17:00 h will be charged as a full overnight stay.
• Hotel guests can store their own ski outfits for free in the ski locker room of our hotel.
• The breakfast is served from 8:00 till 10:00 in the restaurant of the hotel, but not after that time.
• No pets are allowed in the hotel.
• The change of bed linen and towels is at every three days.
• Additional bed for an adult is charged extra 39 BGN per night.
• Additional bed for children up to 11.99 years old is charged extra 29 BGN per night.
